Our article number FTT19074 is a stiff mesh fabric material for baseball cap, trucker hat or mesh hat. It is knitted with 100% polyester.

When this polyester mesh fabric is used on the middle and back panels on a cap, it will maximum comfort you and protect you from hot weather.This mesh fabric has the following features:

1, Breathable and see- through

Due to the special mesh structure, this fabric is see-through and breathable. The baseball cap made with our polyester mesh fabric will have the ability to let your head breathe and make you comfortable. The sweat doesn’t build and all of the heat will get released through the mesh. The mesh design also prevents the need to constantly take off the hat for relief.

2, Lighter

This mesh material is about 100 g/m2. It will make your hat more lightweight. If the hat happens to drop in water, the lightweight mesh will often help keep the hat afloat for a while.
